- Get settled into accommodations

- Soup & salad picnic dinner (informal) -- Ample chance to start rubbing shoulders with people you haven't (yet!) met and catching up with people you have... Nothing scripted, but opportunity for games, story-telling, music...
8:30 PM
- Wedding Reception Food Elves meet with caterer
Saturday 8/27
Breakfast / Brunch / Lunch- Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch on your own. There are lots of options nearby: Greenfield Co-Op in Greenfield (next town over); Five-Eyed Fox in Turners Falls (next town over the other way -- this is Heidi and Jeffrey's favorite, by the way!); The Book Mill in Montague (next next town over the other way, and yes, the cafe shares quarters with a lovely indie bookstore)
To be determined:
- musicians meet to practice
- "All hands on deck" (whoever would like) to decorate, help with odds and ends related to food prep, pick up or arrange flowers, string lights and streamers, set out various tables...
- Rehearsal (bride & groom, attendants, officiant, musicians...)
4:30 PM
- Guests begin gathering and getting comfortable for the ceremony
6 PM and onward into the night
- Eating, drinking and merriment including music-making, music-listening, dancing or dance-watching, singing, bonfire, s-mores, story-telling, etc...
Sunday
9 - 11 AM Breakfast/BrunchGeneral clean-up of accommodations
12 - 2 PM Check Out
